Payment & Refund Policy

This policy explains how payments and refunds work for our landing page development services. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

Payment Structure

Your payment depends on the package selected:

  • Growth Package ($499):

    • Projects under $500: 100% upfront payment required
    • Non-refundable

  • Scale Package ($999):

    • 50% upfront payment ($499.50)
    • 50% upon completion ($499.50)
    • Upfront payment is non-refundable

Add-on Services

All add-on services require 100% upfront payment and are non-refundable:

  • Additional Page: $200/page
  • Content Optimization: $200
  • Ongoing Maintenance Plan: $250/month

Why This Policy?

Upfront payments secure our time and resources for your project. We’re committed to delivering high-quality landing pages within the promised timeframe. This structure ensures we’re both invested in the project’s success.

Project Process

  1. You select a package and any add-ons
  2. We send an invoice for the initial payment
  3. Work begins once we receive the upfront payment
  4. We follow the agreed-upon timeline and milestones
  5. You review and approve the work
  6. Final payment is made before launch (if applicable)

Important Notes

  • Upfront Payments: Generally non-refundable. However, if we fail to deliver within the promised timeframe (excluding delays caused by client feedback), you may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Delivery Timeline:

    • Growth Package: 2 business days
    • Scale Package: 5 business days
    • Timeline starts after receiving all required content and assets

  • Revision Policy:

    • Growth Package: 2 revision rounds
    • Scale Package: 3 revision rounds
    • Additional revisions available at $75 per round

  • Post-Launch Support:

    • Growth Package: 3 days post-launch support
    • Scale Package: 5 days post-launch support
    • Extended support available through Maintenance Plan add-on

  • Project Completion: “Completion” means your landing page is live and fully functional as specified, with all agreed-upon features implemented and tested.

  • Payment Methods: We accept:

    • PayPal
    • Bank Transfer

  • Currency: All prices are in USD

  • Disputes: If any disagreement arises, please contact us immediately. We’re committed to resolving issues through open communication.

Rush Delivery

Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for rush delivery options and pricing.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before work begins: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • After work begins: No refund of upfront payment
  • After completion: No refunds
