  • Growth Package ($499) - 2 business day delivery
  • Scale Package ($999) - 5 business day delivery

2.2 Service Scope

All landing page development services include:

  • Full brand implementation (fonts, colors, imagery)
  • Conversion-focused layouts & messaging
  • Technical SEO setup (meta tags, schema, semantic HTML)
  • Google Analytics integration available
  • Integrated contact/lead capture form
  • Accessibility (WCAG) optimization
  • Performance tuning for fast load times
  • Post-launch support (duration varies by package)

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the website content, including but not limited to:

  • Portfolio examples
  • Service descriptions
  • Technical documentation
  • Website design and code

are owned by Ga Satrya unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Client Projects

For client projects developed through our services:

  • Final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment
  • We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1 Service Pricing

Our pricing structure is transparent:

  • Growth Package: $499 (Two custom landing pages for A/B testing)
  • Scale Package: $999 (Up to 5-page mini-site)

Additional services available as add-ons with pricing detailed on our website:

  • Additional Page: $200/page
  • Content Optimization: $200
  • Ongoing Maintenance Plan: $250/month

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Projects under $500: 100% upfront payment
  • Projects $500-$1000: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
  • Projects over $1000: 50% upfront, 25% midpoint, 25% completion
  • All upfront payments are non-refundable

5. Project Process

5.1 Development Timeline

Standard delivery times:

  • Growth Package: 2 business days
  • Scale Package: 5 business days

Rush delivery available for additional fee.

5.2 Revisions

  • Growth Package: 2 revision rounds
  • Scale Package: 3 revision rounds
  • Additional revisions available at $75 per round

6. Post-Launch Support

  • Growth Package: 3 days post-launch support
  • Scale Package: 5 days post-launch support
  • Extended support available through Maintenance Plan add-on

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Guarantees

While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee:

  • Specific business outcomes from our services
  • Compatibility with all third-party systems
  • Error-free operation in all environments

7.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
